Who designs your posters?
All of the posters on this site have been designed by Supply Side designs team. The poster subject is researched to ensure the utmost quality and accuracy within the content. The content of the educational based posters is in line with the school curriculum.

Do you print on recycled paper?
At the moment all of our posters are printed on thick stock paper which has not been recycled. We are currently investigating a new line of posters which will be printed on 100% recycled paper. We see the importance of making the extra effort to reuse and recycle all possible materials in order to contribute to the environmental efforts currently being made around the world. (back to top)

How can I place an order and pay later?
We have a special service available to schools only which will allow you to place an order and pay upon receiving the order. This is done by invoicing the school for the full cost of the order. To find out more about this service click on School Orders. (back to top)

Can I pay by cheque?
Yes we accept payment by cheque – simply make the cheque payable to “Supply Side” and place in the envelope with your order form. (back to top)

Is the online payment method secure?
Yes. At the moment when you pay online you must pay through a highly secure network run by Paypal. To do this you must have first set up a Paypal account, this is very easy to do.

Paypal is one of the worlds leading online payment methods. It allows the user to setup an account so that they can use their credit/debit card online without having to reveal their card details. Do you take volume orders?

What is 250gsm paper?
“gsm” stands for Grams per Square Meter – in other words it refers to the weight of the paper. 250gsm refers to high quality thick stock paper. To put this in relative terms, standard A4 inkjet printing paper is normally 80gsm. Therefore 250gsm paper is well over twice as thick as standard printing paper. (back to top)

How long will my order take to arrive?
If you place your order before 3pm it will be dispatched the same day. If you select the First Class option then your order should arrive within 1 to 2 working days. If you select the Second Class option then your order should arrive within 2 to 3 working days. (back to top)

How much does delivery cost?
We offer two different delivery charges on all orders delivered within the UK & Ireland. You will be given the choice of either First Class £3.95 or Second Class £2.50. We offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders of £25 or more. (back to top)

What if I am not happy with my order?
Supply Side operates an exchange or refund service. If you are unhappy with your order you can return it to us and we will offer you either an exchange or a full refund on your order.

Any refunds paid will not cover the postage cost of returning the order. (back to top)

Do you post abroad?

Can I receive free poster samples?
We can send you a free A5 poster sample on request. This smaller size sample poster will be printed exactly the same and on the same paper as the full size original poster. Do your prices include VAT?
The price shown on the website and online is the price you will pay. They are inclusive of all extra charges. (back to top)
